Lee is the head of FX and FI Dealing for AXA IM, covering both the Paris and London offices. After 10 years as an Investment Manager, Lee made the move to trading to help set up an execution function for FI and FX and MM and this has slowly been rolled out to a more a global role. He has embraced changes in e-commerce and market structure and by doing so has helped make the desks he manages more efficient. Lee also has worked on TCA projects and also many initiatives to improve the quality of execution in all the asset classes he oversees. Lee is on the TradeTech FX Europe 2018 Advisory Board and will be participating in the Panel Discussion ‘FX Crystal Ball: How will the global FX market landscape evolve in an era of increasing geo-political and market structure disruption and fintech innovations?’ on the 12th September.
