Ed Mount

Ed Mount, CEO of Elysium LD, is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience in foreign exchange. He has held various roles including trader, risk manager, global business head, client, and fintech provider. Ed's career spans high-frequency and client-algo FX Trading for RBS and Nomura, as well as founding Elysium in 2007, stemming from his role as Head of Risk and Operations at Elysium Capital. He began his career at O'Connor & Associates, later leading global Sales and Trading in FX Options, Precious Metals, and Commodities for UBS. Ed holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from MIT and studied at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
