Top 5 things to do in Barcelona!

Vist Sagrada Familia

A sacred Roman Catholic church designed by one of Barcelona’s most famous architects, Antoni Gaudí in 1882. The cathedral has over 3,000,000 visitors in a year coming to explore the unfinished church. The church can seat 13,000 people and the church should be completed between 2020 to the 2040’s. This is not a sight you want to miss.

Tibidabo

An amusement park located on the highest mountain throughout the entire Collserola mountain range. The journey to the top can be done by bus, taxi, tram or walking. From the top of the mountain you view everything from the Sagrada Familia to the Mediteranian Cathedrals, and the 99,000 person FC Barcelona football stadium. This sight in Barcelona is one for the whole family to enjoy.

Barceloneta (next to the beach)

Barcelona is right on the coast of Spain, so while visiting, take a trip to the beach. Barceloneta is the town right next to the sea where you go to get the best fish, seafood meals, and tapas.

Museums (MNAC, MACBA, Picasso)

There are so many museums in Barcelona to go out and explore the rich history of the popular Spanish city. The MNAC museum is one museum with 1,000 years of Catalan art. The MACBA is full of contemporary abstract art, and the Picasso Museum is an entire museum filled with art from the famous Picasso. There are many museums to give you a look at the history of this cultured city.

Parque Guell

Parque Guell is a World Heritage Site. Also designed by Antoni Gaudí. It has beautiful architecture and is a great park to explore around in. The park shows amazing views and brings out another way to show Gaudí’s passion.
