Frank MUUSSE is Head of Treasury, Insurance and Pensions at C&A. He is based in Dusseldorf, Germany and is responsible for the Group’s treasury operations, insurance and pension matters across a multi‑entity European footprint. In his role, Frank oversees liquidity management, FX and interest‑rate risk management, funding and banking relationships, as well as treasury governance and policy development. He works closely with senior management on risk management, financing structures, and regulatory compliance, and coordinates with internal and external stakeholders across finance, tax, legal, and operations. Frank has 20 years of experience in financial services and Treasury where he progressed in several managerial positions within different sectors, business maturity and ownership structures – working for C&A, CarNext.com, Signify, Philips, KPN and Wolters Kluwer. He has a Master in Business Economics from the VU University Amsterdam, The Netherlands and he is registered at the Institute of Management Accountants, United States, as Management Accountant and Financial Manager
