Nicola Jolley

Nicola is CEO and Board Director of National Australia Bank Europe S.A. based in Paris and has held this position since Feb 2022 when the new license for the entity was granted. Prior to this role, she was Head of Solution Sales, Northern Hemisphere and joined NAB in 2005. For 7yrs during her tenure at Commerzbank Nicola was Head of Corporate Sales managing all European branches outside of Germany covering interest rate, foreign exchange and equity derivative products. Before joining Commerzbank she was structuring and marketing derivatives to Corporate and Financial Institutional clients at IBJ.

Nicola commenced her career at Morgan Stanley where she gained a broad exposure to fixed income and equity markets.

She is on the Board and a member of the Bureau for the Australia France Business Association. Since 2018 Nicola has been a member of the FICC Markets Standards Board Ethics and Conduct Sub Committee where she has been involved in publication of Standards and Statements of Good Practice aimed at raising standards of behaviour, competence and conduct to promote fairness in the financial markets. In 2022 she was recognised by European Women in Finance and given an award for Individual Achievement.

She graduated with a BA Hons in Economics from York University.

Nicola has three children and her interests are Bikram yoga, boxing and adventure travel.
