Paula Fry

Paula Fry, Global Head of Sellside Liquidity Fixed Income and FX Trading manages a team of sales relationship managers at Bloomberg in the Electronic Trading group. Her team look after the providers of liquidity, both in fixed income and foreign exchange, that span across all the Bloomberg trading platforms.

She has also co-headed the Bloomberg Women's Community for EMEA, using this platform to highlight perimenopause in the city and the importance of speaking out about its effects on women's lives and careers. She has a passion for D&I and female mentoring.

Prior to joining Bloomberg 7 years ago, Paula, who now has had a near 30-year career in the city, was an FX trader at Goldman Sachs for 14 years and has worked in various eFX sales roles in London.
