Executive Director, UBS Client Office - FX Rates & Credit UBS

Rebecca Thomas is an Executive Director and a member of the FX, Rates and Credit Distribution management team, focusing on Client Strategy. She has held a number of sales and trading roles within UBS Equities division in London, the Americas and Hong Kong, with a specialization in Electronic Trading – which she had a pivotal part in the development of globally.  Rebecca is a very active culture champion within UBS and supports a number of initiatives focused on  Next Gen, Diversity & Inclusion and Community Affairs. She is also a trained health and nutrition coach and a Pilates instructor. Rebecca will be moderating the women in trading lunch and looks forward to an interesting discussion around how we attract, develop and retain top female talent on 12^th September.
