Roger's career started off at Deutsche Bank, Salomon Brothers & then Citibank. Moving across to the fintech space, (at TradingScreen), Roger was part of the management team that created the well known 'BidFX' business & EMS, that now alongside Maxx Trader, has become part of the universal set of FX trading tech stacks, now known as SGX FX, as the OTC FX business of SGX.
