Serene Tan

Serene is Head of Equinor’s Subsidiary Treasury and Banking responsible for treasury management of all Equinor’s subsidiaries globally and internal bank management. She has been with Equinor for more than 10 years. She had various leadership and professional lead positions in Equinor within treasury management of complex countries and project financings of renewables including Dogger Bank which is the world largest windfarm. Prior to joining Equinor, over 4 years’ experience in investment banking originating and executing numerous equity transactions involving companies from China, Singapore, Indonesia and Philippines.
