Prior to launching Finoesis, Richard was head of Americas Distribution for FICC at UBS, having previously been co- Head in EMEA. Richard has over 25 years experience in capital markets and has significantly grown and transformed FX businesses at UBS, Barclays Capital, JP Morgan and Merryl Lynch, building them to become leading market players.  He has been instrumental in embracing technology and restructuring sales teams in a changing environment.  Richard will be moderating the session ‘TRUE OR FALSE - Brexit will lead to London losing its position as the clearing capital of Europe’ on 12th September, as well as hosting a Roundtable on Sell Side Trader Skill Sets on 13th September.
